So, I'm in the market for a good wheat grinder...preferrably one that is electric and has a hand crank. Anyone have any suggestions?

I'm in the market to! I don't have any suggestions but I'm going to go pick up an electric and a hand grinder in the next couple of days so I'll keep you posted on what I get!
