(Having fun in St. George)
This girl makes me laugh. She is funny, sassy, silly, and crazy. She no longer will let us call her "stinkers." She fights me every. single. morning. when I have to get her dressed and do her hair. It always ends up with London in tears. Mostly because any attire I choose is "too scratchy," and she would much rather stay in her jammies.
Self-portrait
Because she plays so hard, the only time she will nap is when she is strapped down in the car.
Doing her best "cowgirl" impression
Visiting our pediatrician's new office right by our house...how 'bout that mural?
Again, napping place. Looks like she tried to get herself out of her 5-point.
She loves, loves, loves to play with friends. When Addy is at school, she will go through the list of friends: Jill Jill, Gracie, Cora (Addy's friend), Zoey & Brielle, Taya (10 year old neighbor), Luke, Bryton. She pretty much starts at one end of the street and works her way down and will play with anyone who will play with her.
She also voted with me. This is her typical hairdo by mid-day when she's yanked out any bow or clip that I have used to hold those bangs out of her eyes.
This girl loves to play with any figurines: ponies, pet shops, dinosaurs, and the latest is nativity sets. She can imagine and create all by herself for at least an hour. She just keeps talking and talking and talking. This day she asked me to play ponies with her. She lined up all her 50 ponies and told me I needed to get them all dressed and feed them. I was wondering who got her so many ponies because I was sure my next job was going to be cleaning all their stables.
The other night we were putting up Christmas decorations and she was playing with her little nativity set on the floor that Grandma Cozy gave her. Jonathan and I kept laughing under our breath as she talked about the Queen of America (the angel) and she would throw in lines from the Pledge of Allegiance every so often.
She loves the word "super." She describes most things as "super" or "super fun."
She also likes to say things are "teeny tiny."
Popsicles = pocksilohs
One Sunday, London was totally acting out of control during sacrament meeting. Jonathan decided just to take her home and put her down for a nap rather than fight her or make the nursery leaders deal with her. When it was time to go, Jonny texted me and said he was waiting outside the church but to hurry because London just woke up and she was "horny." Uh...what?!?! Dang autocorrect...Ornery. Laughed so hard over that one.
