Addy was really excited about St. Patrick's Day this year. Jonathan helped her set a leprechaun trap the night before. The second she woke up, she stumbled out so excited, still half asleep to see what she caught.
So then we ventured out of our neighborhood and saw that the leprechauns left a balloon rainbow at the school.
How cute is this? I may or may not know the person who pulled off this 5 am labor of love!
Reminded me of when I was in 1st grade. My Mom (another amazing leprechaun) made a bazillion shamrock sugar cookies for the entire 1st grade and they just appeared in a ginormous basket at the school. She did it for all 5 kids when they were in 1st grade. I knew it was my Mom and I was so proud to be associated with something so cool. Now that you can't bring homemade cookies, looks like the leprechauns have come up with a new, really fun tradition.
So who made the rainbow? It is way too darling! I also love Addy's posing for the picture.
ReplyDeleteThe rainbow was seriously so cool! Tell your secret somebody (related to you, but not your mother, but whose kids go to Providence...who could it be? :) that they are a total ROCK STAR for pulling it off. We loved it!!
