Fancy Nancy Party

My cute sister-in-law Lindsay made tutus for the 4 girl cousins, found darling flower headbands, flower sunglasses, and pink feather boas. Grandma Sans bought tea sets, Fancy Nancy books, and cupcakes. And so the stage was set for the World's Cutest Fancy Nancy Tea Party.

Addy, Misha, Sami, & Kate trying on their outfits first thing in the morning for the scheduled tea party that afternoon. So, you may be wondering how in the world I got Addy to dress up, seeing that her record of cooperating and/or going with the group is slim to none. Well, we like to call it the "Sami Factor." Her almost 6-year-old cousin would do it and encourage Addy to dress-up too and before we knew it, Addy was begging to dress-up. Thanks Sami.

Misha, all dressed up, listening to the stories and enjoying some sugar goodness. And Addy...well...

Here is Addy, not dressed up because she may have been pulled from the pool for the party and really didn't want anything to do with the dress-ups. The cupcake wooed her long enough to at least listen to the stories.
