Grammar 101

So, I already posted about how Addy thinks the past tense of "beat" is "butt."  She also thinks that the past tense of eat is "utt." 

"Mom!  I utted my sandwich all gone!" 

Looks like she's forming her own language.  Past tense, just add "utt." 

Also, as I was leaving tonight to go meet with a client, she asked if I would lay by her in bed.  I told her that I had to leave to go teach someone how to eat healthy.  "Because they ate too much candy?"  Mmm, hmm.  "And so they were like this (acted out throwing up)?"  Mmm, hmm.  Looks like we shouldn't have too much of a problem with moderation with Halloween candy...she's scared to death of throwing up.
