Well, after the cousins party and her friend party, we decided to have one more small party. Addy's actual birthday fell on Sunday, so we had the grandparents out to celebrate one more time. (Nice that I didn't get even 1 picture of the grandparents)
An eclair in one hand and a cupcake in the other...licked the frosting off of both
Present time
We surprised Addy with a trip to Disneyland. I was really excited to tell her and see her reaction. After giving her a little suitcase, some princess pajamas, and an autograph book I told her that we would have to wake up really early the next morning because we were going to go somewhere special.
Addy: stating matter-of-factly "Disneyland"
Me: Yes!
Addy: no response, onto opening Grandma's present
We all got a good laugh out of her non-response. As the course of the night went on, she got more and more excited.
