Herriman Beach

This reservoir just opened literally 1 minute away from our house.
We are in heaven. Nice goggles Addy.

We spent the day with cousins playing in the water and sand. Hey baby.

It has this cement wall (that Jonathan is standing on) that keeps all the sand in the shallow area and keeps the kiddos from going out too far.

Cute Will loving the water

Herriman Beach baby!

Addy, Emmy, London, and Calvin

So, if anyone wants to go, give me a call. My umbrella and beach chairs are staying in my trunk.

  1. So did you know that the reservoir is not supposed to open until next year. Sometimes Herriman officials come and kick people out. In the south valley journal it said it won't open until all the ammenities are in place (grass, pavillion, picnic areas, fishing pier, fish cleaning station) Good luck to Herriman keeping people out!

  4. Melissa...I did read that the official opening date is August 10th or 12th (I thought of this year), but that all that fun stuff is still to come. There are no bathrooms, which I can see may be an issue and a reason to kick people out...but not a problem when your child doesn't mind going in a diaper. :-/

  7. Mik what a beautiful Blessing dress and blessing tribute to your lil London! Thanks again for coming to my "embarassing moment" of a b-day party and it was so great to see you and London! Hope all goes well with her and can't wait for more "Addy antics"!:)
