She doesn't like us to help her with ANYTHING. Case in point: Sunday we decided to go out for a nice family walk. She lasted about 5 minutes in the stroller and then she wanted to push it herself. She is tall, but not tall enough to push the handles, so she pushed the basket below. She would just steer it into the curb over and over again. So I started guiding it from the top. She would freak out every time she would look up and see me helping her. But she would also freak out when the stroller would hit the curb. (Sidenote...definition of freak out: usually consists of a horribly high pitched scream followed by laying down and rolling around including but not limited to asphalt, cement, grass, carpet, hardwood, tennis courts...we've seen it all.) So we ended up picking up her flailing(sp?) body and booking it home. Our nice family walk ended up in a screaming child and a couple of headaches. Help!
