Jonathan makes a fruit smoothie in the mornings, which I love. Addy has recently joined in the lovefest. 1 banana
1 orange (when in season)
1 cup or so of vanilla yogurt
Tbsp or so of flax
A handful or so of spinach, if you dare
Occasional scoop of whey protein
Add milk/juice to desired consistency
Great post-workout drink to replenish glycogen. Mmm, mmm.


I must try! I make yogurt smoothies for me and the girls but always skip on the healthy stuff. I've heard flax is great at cleaning ya out.
